Silver Package: $109.00
Includes: Furnace, Heat Pump, or Boiler tune-up inspection

- New standard 1”-4” furnace filter. The new furnace filter will be installed in the Fall at the time of the scheduled appointment.
Gold Package: $195.00
Includes: Furnace, Heat Pump or Boiler + Water Heater cleaning and inspection
- Furnace 16pt Cleaning and Check
- New standard 1”-4” furnace filter. The new furnace filter will be installed in the Fall at the time of the scheduled appointment.
- An appointment will be scheduled for 6 months after the service to replace the furnace filter at mo additional charge.
- Check the water heater and temperature controls. Inspect the relief valve, burner, and pilot. Check for leaks and flush the water.
- Test all Carbon Monoxide Detectors to ensure they are all working properly.
Green Package: $355.00 ($495.00 value)
Includes: Furnace, Heat Pump or Boiler, A/C Water Heater, and Plumbing
- Furnace 16pt Cleaning and Check
- New standard 1”-4” furnace filter (2x a year). A new furnace filter will be installed in the Fall at the time of scheduled appointment. The furnace filter will be replaced a second time at no charge during spring tune-up.
- Check the water heater and temperature controls. Inspect the relief valve, burner and pilot. Check for leaks and flush the water.
- Spring A/C cleaning and check appointment will be pre-scheduled for preventative maintenance tune-up.
- Water efficiency inspection: make sure no leaks or faults in faucets, pipes and make sure toilets are running efficient as possible by performing a color test in the toilet tank.
Free Carbon Monoxide Detector – Retail Value $88.00 - Test all Carbon Monoxide Detectors to ensure they are all working properly.
