Robert Gibb & Sons is currently hiring equipment operators, pipe layers and laborers for our Underground Sewer & Water Division.  Travel Required.

Mechanical Engineer-Design/Build Sales

Robert Gibb & Sons Fargo is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to head up their Design-Build division.  Qualified candidates will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and the ability to sell and design mechanical  projects.  The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Design/build sales experience
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas and communicate those ideas effectively
  • Track record of value engineering projects
  • Self-starting, self-motivating, “no excuses” attitude
  • Strong networker with established network
  • Desire to achieve and maintain an income well into six figures

Parts Runner

We are currently looking for a full time parts runner. Hours are from 8-4:30 Monday - Friday. Benefits after 90 day probation period! Requirements for this position include a valid/insurable driver’s license, drug-free, knowledge of the FM area, and a basic mechanical aptitude.
