Apprentice HVAC Technician (Service) – Fargo, ND

We are currently looking to fill the position of Apprentice HVAC Technician (Service). We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and grow in an industry that is essential to so many. Our business is growing, and we are hiring top people to grow with us.

As an Apprentice HVAC Technician, you will assist Journeyman with the installation of all aspects of residential, industrial and commercial HVAC customers. Installations must be completed in accordance with mechanical codes and in accordance with job specifications, plans and contract documents resulting in a complete and excellent working system. HVAC Installers must adhere to all safety procedures set forth in the Robert Gibb & Sons Safety Handbook and facility/customer safety programs. Also, must be able to eventually assist with on-call rotation, emergency service for our customers in a 24/7, 365-day environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Welding and/or HVAC experience preferred; Will require individuals to join a Union workforce.
  • Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
  • Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
  • Ability to lift 25lbs-50lbs, climb ladders, work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Background check, drug screen and valid driver’s license and insurable under company insurance policy are conditions for employment.

*Great Compensation and Benefit Packages*
Between $14.09-$35.87 per hour, DOE
